Debbie brings 35 years of dedicated service, compassion, and trusted leadership to every resident and family she serves. “Bella Largo was built on genuine care, not just business! It’s a senior living where residents don’t just live; they truly thrive! That’s the difference I’ve always wanted to make, and to see it come to life at Bella Largo is what I’m most proud of!”
Assisted Executive Director
Jean is a seasoned licensed Executive Director of 18 years. Jean expressed that she is driven to excellence through her dedication to serving and meeting the needs of her residents, families, and team members. Her open-door approach creates trust and builds confidence, as Jean consistently demonstrates that her leadership is guided by care, compassion, and a deep commitment to making a difference.
Marketing and Admissions Counselor
Sefanie is a Marketing and Admissions Counselor who has devoted her career to guiding seniors and families with compassion and devotion. Her track record of excellence — including Top Sales Leader of the Year, and Region’s Best reflects not just skill, but heart. “The most rewarding part of my job is witnessing seniors thrive as they embrace the Good Life at Bella Largo, and families can finally rest easy knowing their loved one is happy, secure, and cared for!”
Health Services Director
Sharail believes good health is occupying your mind, moving your body, and feeding your spirit with positive connections. Sharail has 14 years of experience caring for seniors and remains driven to provide them with exceptional care, guided by a dependable, compassionate heart. Her favorite part of her job is listening and learning about their life and what makes them happy. She fulfills her calling to serve seniors every day with a grateful heart.
Executive Chef
Justin Evans, Chef and Dietary Manager, brings 23 years of culinary excellence to senior living. Guided by a farm-to-fork philosophy, he creates nourishing, flavorful meals using fresh herbs and thoughtfully prepared ingredients. Justin especially enjoys connecting with residents by discussing recipes from their ethnic heritage and family traditions, often noting that the best recipes come from generations ago.
Programming Director
Jennifer King, Programming Director, brings over 12 years of experience, including four years in memory care leadership. A Certified Dementia Care Specialist, Certified Dementia Care Professional, and Licensed Activity Director, she also worked for many years as a licensed beautician serving seniors. Jennifer’s compassionate approach and dedication help residents feel confident, cared for, and valued every day.
Facility Operations Director
Jamie brings over 15 years of maintenance expertise, including nine years as a Maintenance Director in senior living. A dedicated father of five, he is deeply passionate about caring for others—especially seniors. He finds great fulfillment in supporting the older generation, making a positive difference in their lives, and enhancing the communities they call home.
